Materials Management Quality Assurance Roundtable

Location: Office of Materials Technology (OMT) in Hanover, MD in Building #4, SHA – District 6 Hagerstown Shop, SHA – District 1 Cambridge Shop

The Materials Management Division will be holding a Materials Management Quality Assurance Roundtable for prime contractors, sub-contractors, project engineers, producers and suppliers of materials for MOOT projects.

The tentative agenda is:

  • Materials Management System Updates
  • Change Orders – MMD’s Role
  • Materials Clearance Delays and Why
  • Material Division Updates
  • Contractor Updates

Local Program Administrators (LPAs) who are not familiar with the MMS and the source submittal, approval and final project clearance processes, are encouraged to attend. OMT will be reaching out to our material suppliers, producers and fabricators for their participation in this roundtable. If you know any material supplier, producer and fabricator who will benefit from this Roundtable, please feel free to invite them to participate. Representatives from the OMTMaterial Divisions will be covering materials and answering questions about specific material issues.
