Developed by the American Road & Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA), the 12.3-hour curriculum covers the core safety and health hazards common to the industry. It focuses on the highway construction activities behind most work zone fatalities and serious injuries. This single two-day session runs November 5-6 from 8:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. at the Baltimore County Eastpoint Career Center. It’s a strong fit for paving crews, field supervisors, and safety managers looking to sharpen hazard recognition and prevention on the job.
